Ahsan didn't start in an office. He started in uniform, as a security officer on the front line. Over five to six years in UK security he worked his way up from officer to manager, and then to Operations Manager at a well-known security company, where his job was making sure sites were covered, officers were where they should be, and clients were looked after.
He saw what worked. He also saw, up close, what didn't: officers sent to sites they'd never been briefed on, shifts left uncovered, clients passed around a call centre while their premises sat exposed. None of it was inevitable. It was just how things had always been done.
In 2022, Ahsan founded Panther Security and Facilities Management Limited with one simple idea: run security the way an operations manager would want it run. Reliable people, properly briefed, backed by enough cover that no site is ever left exposed, and managed by someone who actually answers the phone.
That idea struck a chord. Today Panther has offices in London and Stoke-on-Trent, 30–40 officers working on live sites every day, and 200+ vetted officers on our database, covering sites the length of the UK. Some of the most respected names in security, including BML Group, Guard Group Nationwide, Tiger K9 Security and QK9 Security, now rely on Panther to staff their own contracts.
